a step – a sprint

Just got done driving 24 hours straight back to Colorado from the trail head of Glacier Peak in Washington. Yes, my first alpine climb was a success. And yes, it does count as a success even if I purged all fluids at the summit due to fatigue and a 14 hour summit day. More to come soon about our route and of course further videos when we’re back in Durango.Here’s a clip of us summiting the wrong peak, Disappointment Peak (very well named) and then of course we had to have some fun during the descent of the lower areas.  Glissading!
